# Overview
This policy explains what information the HudPad interface (hudpad.com) processes and what it does not. HudPad is a non-custodial web interface to immutable smart contracts deployed on public blockchain networks (HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain and Stable). We never hold your funds, your keys, or an account for you.
HudPad is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., nor to the Hyper Foundation, Hyperliquid Labs, Uniswap Labs, HyperSwap, Nest, PRJX, Stable, Bitfinex, Tether, Everdawn Labs or Backed Finance, nor to any of their affiliates. "HyperEVM", "Robinhood Chain" and "Stable" are used solely as the names of the public networks the contracts are deployed on; "HYPE" and "USDT0" solely as the names of assets on those networks.
# No accounts, no KYC
There is nothing to sign up for. You use HudPad with a self-custodial wallet; your wallet address is pseudonymous public-blockchain data, not an account we create or manage. We never see or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords, and we will never ask for them.
# Data we process
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamps) for security, debugging and rate limiting. Logs rotate and are kept only briefly; they are not used for advertising or sold to anyone.
- Content you choose to publish. Profile data you sign (avatar image, bio, website), community posts, forum threads and replies with any images attached to them, token images and metadata you upload at launch. All of this is public by design and shown to other visitors.
- X (Twitter) linking. If you link an X account, we store the public handle and its association with your wallet address so the verified badge can render. We do not receive your X password; the OAuth flow happens on x.com.
- On-chain activity. Launches, trades, fee collections and .hud registrations are public blockchain data. We index and display them; we do not create them.
We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or build cross-site profiles.
# Third-party services
Serving a web3 interface involves infrastructure we do not operate. Depending on what you do, your browser or our server may exchange data with:
- Cloudflare: DNS, proxying and DDoS protection in front of our server;
- Blockchain RPC providers: reads and transaction broadcasting to the supported networks (HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain, Stable);
- Pinata: images you upload (a coin's picture, a profile avatar, a forum attachment) are pinned to IPFS through them and served from our gateway there. A pinned file is content-addressed and public to anyone with its address, and copies may persist on the IPFS network after it is unpinned;
- WalletConnect / Reown: only if you connect a wallet via WalletConnect (QR);
- X (Twitter): only if you start the account-linking flow;
- your wallet software: everything you sign happens inside your wallet.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review them.
# Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have rights over your personal data: to access it, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Because the data we hold on our own server is minimal, most requests are quick to honour. One limit applies to everyone: on-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us (see below). To exercise a right, use the contact channel at the end of this policy.
# On-chain data is permanent
Blockchains are public, append-only and replicated worldwide. Anything you put on-chain (launches, trades, .hud names, token metadata) is permanent and outside anyone's ability to edit or delete, including ours. Think before you publish.
Content stored on our own server (profiles, community posts, forum threads and replies, uploaded images) can be removed from our interface via moderation or on request, but copies signed and published by you may persist in third-party archives, explorers or caches we do not control.
# Disclaimer
Nothing on HudPad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched through the platform are created by their users and can be worthless, illiquid, or lose all value at any time. HudPad is experimental software in an open testing phase, and the interface serves live mainnet contracts holding real assets. Never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
The interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HudPad and its contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the interface, the underlying smart contracts, third-party services, network failures, wallet software, or the actions of other users. The contracts are immutable: no one, including us, can pause, upgrade or reverse them. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.
# Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the interface after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions, data requests and privacy complaints can be sent to [email protected], or raised via @hudpadlaunchpad on X.
